The solar module is used for pumping water stored in the water storage pool to a water pump inside the elevated water tank through a water feeding pipe and for driving the water pump, the secondary irrigation pipes are respectively connected with the primary irrigation pipe, the solar module, the water pump, the water storage pool and the water feeding pipe form a solar water feeding system which is used for delivering the water stored in the water storage pool into the elevated water tank via solar energy, and the elevated water tank, the primary irrigation pipe and a drip irrigation network form a potential energy drip irrigation system which is used for continuously delivering the water stored in the elevated water tank into the drip irrigation network via potential energy so
