The grounding state detector is characterized in that a main grounding body is connected with a relay, a first power supply and a detecting grounding body in series to form into a grounding state detecting loop; and a second power supply, an alarm device and a normally closed contact of the relay are connected with one another in series to form into an alarm loop. The grounding state detector of the electronic control cabinet can be used for detecting the grounding state of the electronic control cabinet on the line continuously, sending an alarm signal in case of bad grounding, and definitely prompting an user, so that the safety protection of the user can be provided.
