Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a composite cross-arm insulator, comprising a glass fiber epoxy resin inner insulator and a silicone rubber composite material outer insulator coating the inner insulator, with the inner insulator and the outer insulator integrated via die stitching. The composite cross-arm insulator adopts a double-layer insulator structure, with the inner insulator adopting glass fiber epoxy resin while the outer insulator adopting the silicone rubber composite material. The composite cross-arm insulator is provided with high bending resistance capability, featuring light weight, great antifouling performance, and little maintenance amount, with comprehensive properties exceeding that of the similar porcelain column insulators. Moreover, the composite cross-arm insulator overcomes the defects of the porcelain vase insulator, such as small creepage distance and fracture problem amid operation. |
