Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an early warning information distribution terminal, comprising a communication module, a microcomputer, and a power supply source module, wherein the communication module is based on a GSM/GPRS unit or a Unicom CDMA network. The early warning information distribution terminal is characterized by adding a software firming unit, wherein the software firming unit is connected with the microcomputer; and the microcomputer is linked up to a long-range control computer via the network. With the added software firming unit, the direct information exchange between the microcomputer and the long-range control computer is realized. Moreover, the distant operation allows maintenance and program upgrade of the microcomputer of a terminal device as well as the operation and management of the terminal device.
