A biogas slurry tank (1) is connected with a high-pressure pump (4) through a delivering pipeline (2), a biogas residual filtering screen (3) is arranged between the biogas slurry tank (1) and the high-pressure pump (4), the high-pressure pump (4) is connected with a high liquid tank (5) through the delivering pipeline (2), and the high liquid tank (5) is connected with a main liquid pipeline (6). The main liquid pipeline (6) is respectively connected with a plurality of horizontally arranged liquid distribution pipelines (7), control valves (9) are arranged at joints of the main liquid pipeline (6) and the liquid distribution pipelines (7), and a plurality of liquid outlets (8) are evenly arranged on the liquid distribution pipelines (7).
