Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a burned taste sensor, which comprises a smell sampling manipulator, a gas sensor and a signal processor, wherein the smell sampling manipulator conducts sampling on volatile organic compounds, the gas sensor is arranged in a container chamber of the smell sampling manipulator and conducts contact reaction with the volatile organic compounds, and the signal processor is connected with the gas sensor, conducts analysis and treatment on information sent by the gas sensor and determines types of the gas. The burned taste sensor conducts sampling analysis treatment on the volatile organic compounds and determines the types of the gas, therefore harms of burn of a motor, gas explosion and the like caused by belt slipping can be avoided and production safety is improved.
