The powder screening device for the sintering NdFeB (neodymium iron boron) magnet material is characterized in that a vibrating screen is arranged between a fine powder outlet of the cyclone separator and the micro-powder storage tank. With the powder screening device for the sintering NdFeB (neodymium iron boron) magnet material, the vibrating screen can improve the dispersing performance of NdFeB powder, and further the situation that a powder reunite phenomenon can influence the orientation of NdFeB magnets is reduced, so that the magnetic performance of the NdFeB magnets can be improved.
