The hinged shaft is a stepped shaft, and a bearing is installed on a thick shaft of the hinged shaft in sleeved mode. The upper portion of the pedal handle is integrally welded with an outer ring of the bearing. The upper end of the oil pump piston rod is installed on a thin shaft of the hinged shaft and matched with the thin shaft in rotating mode, and nuts are screwed at both ends of the hinged shaft.
