Cylindrical air guide holes symmetrical to each other are arranged on the periphery of the hub, the agitating blades surround the cylindrical air guide holes and fixedly connected with the hub, the agitating shaft is fixedly connected with the hub, and the ribbed plate is fixedly connected with the agitating shaft and fixedly connected to an upper surface and a lower surface of each of the agitating blades. By the aid of the self-priming agitator which is wide in applicable range, self-priming agitating effect in high efficiency can be realized, and reaction between gas and liquid or among gas, liquid and solid is accelerated.
