Zusammenfassung:	A cooling circulating device for a combustion motor comprises a base oil pool, a water distribution device with a water cooling channel and an oil distribution device with an oil cooling channel. The water cooling channel and the oil cooling channel are arranged in an evaporator arranged at the outlet end of a screw expansion machine, a condenser is arranged between the evaporator and the screw expansion machine, and a rotating speed control valve is arranged at the inlet end of the screw expansion machine. A working medium pump and a one-way valve are sequentially arranged between the condenser and the evaporator, the flow direction of the one-way valve is opposite to that of the oil cooling channel and the water cooling channel. The cooling circulating device has the advantages of reasonably allocating a lubrication system, a cooling circulation system of the existing combustion motor and a generator system of a double working medium screw expansion machine, thereby omitting an oil cooling device and a wate
