Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a self-driven road milling machine, which is used for paving ground especially road ways. The self-driven road milling machine is characterized in that a signal transmitting device is provided with at least one control unit (12) and at least one visual indicator or display unit (11). The control unit (12) is used for a driver to input at least two different operation states, the visual indicators or display units (11) are used for indicating or displaying the at least two operation states for the driver of a transport vehicle (10), and the operation states are preset by the driver of a road milling machine by the aid of the control units. The first operation state is a request for braking or parking the transport vehicle, and the second operation state is a request for starting or keeping moving of the transport vehicle. In a preferential embodiment of the visual indicators or display units (11), the request for braking or parking is marked as a cross (15), and the request for sta
