Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a wine distilling device which comprises a retort pot, a retort cover and a condenser, wherein the retort cover is positioned on the upper side of the retort pot, and an air outlet is formed at the top end of the retort cover and connected with the condenser through an air delivery pipe; and the retort pot comprises a bottom wall and a side wall, wherein an annular water trough extending from up to down is formed at the upper end of the side wall of the retort pot, and the lower end of the retort cover is positioned in the annular water trough of the retort pot. During the working process, water is filled in the annular water trough of the retort pot, and a water seal is formed between the retort pot and the retort cover, so that the better sealing performance is achieved between the retort pot and the retort cover; and meanwhile, the seal structure between the retort pot and the retort cover is simple, is easy for processing and is low in cost.
