Zusammenfassung:	A device for forming slurry through grinding-aiding and catalyzing has the structure that a ball grinder is connected with a ball grinding feeding machine and a belt feeding machine in sequence; a grinding aid and catalyst feeding device is arranged above the ball grinding feeding machine and the belt feeding machine, and comprises a grinding aid and catalyst storage tank and a spiral feeding machine connected with the storage tank; and a material receiving hopper is arranged among the spiral feeding machine, the ball grinding feeding machine and the belt feeding machine. The grinding-aid and catalyst feeding device is additionally arranged in the feeding process of the ball grinder, so as to add the grinding aid or catalyst to coal water slurry. The device has the advantages that the automation degree of coal water slurry is improved, the grinding ore energy consumption is remarkably reduced, and the quality and yield of coal water slurry are improved.
