Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a small on-line detection impact test bench which is characterized in that: an accelerating mechanism adopts an inertia accelerator in which a motor and a pulley drive a roller component to rotate through a pneumatic clutch mechanism and a steel wire rope pulls a slipway; an automobile clutch is adopted to drive the accelerating mechanism so as to effectively simulate the dynamic working conditions when a vehicle runs; a converter is adopted to adjust the impact acceleration; and the synchronous adjustment of conversion driving frequency and a wave-shaped pad forms the impact pulse width adjustment. Consequently, the impact acceleration as well as the continuous and wide scope of pulse width are adjustable, so that the small lab detection and production on-line detection requirements are met. |
