The output of the voltage source is connected with a leakage current, an overload protective device, an isolating transformer, all phases of ampere meters and an isolating switch in sequence; an output end of the isolating switch is connected with a simulation residual current circuit; the simulation residual current circuit consists of a residual current protector, a dial switch and a leakage current load box which are sequentially connected in series; three groups of switch input ends of the dial switch are respectively connected with three phases of output ends of the residual current protector correspondingly; three groups of switch input ends of the dial switch are respectively connected with three phases of loads of the leakage current load box correspondingly; the three phases of loads are connected in a star shape; and a neutral point is connected with a neutral line of
