Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a central air conditioning system, comprising an air conditioning machine set (10) and a thermo-acoustics refrigerator (20) arranged around the air conditioning machine set, wherein a cold end of the thermo-acoustics refrigerator (20) is provided with a cold water inlet pipe (28) and a cold water outlet pipe (29) which are connected with a cold water system of the air conditioning machine set. In one embodiment, the air conditioning machine set is a water cooled type chilling unit and a cooling water system of the water cooled type chilling unit is connected with a hot water inlet pipe (26) at the heat end of the thermo-acoustics refrigerator and a hot water outlet pipe (27). The central air conditioning system uses the machine noise to generate the extra cold amount, so as to reduce the electric energy consumption of the air conditioning machine set, simultaneously reduce the noise of the machine set and improve the environment.
