Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a water hammer-resistant control valve set, which comprises a pneumatic control valve for controlling a circulation or a break of fluids and arranged on a pipe for delivering the fluids and an electromagnetic control valve arranged on a pipe for delivering gas used for controlling an open and a close of the pneumatic control valve. A throttling valve is arranged on a gas pipe between the pneumatic control valve and the electromagnetic control valve. The water hammer-resistant control valve set is added the throttling valve in series on the pipe of the pneumatic control valve, and an opening and closing process of the pneumatic control valve is longer and slower through setting the throttling valve, so that a water hammer is avoided substantially, service lives of pipes and the pneumatic control valve is greatly prolonged, and the stability and the reliability of a pipe system is improved.
