Ultra-precision corn grit maker

An ultra-precision corn grit maker comprises a case, a grit making system and a power system. The grit making system consists of a feed inlet (1), a cutter rotor (2), a hammer plate (3), a rubbing and kneading plate (4), a sieve plate (5) and a discharge outlet (6), four transmission shafts (7) are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the cutter rotor (2), the hammer plate (3) is mounted on the cutter rotor (1) and forms a shearing chamber, the semi-cylindrical rubbing and kneading plate (4) is positioned on the upper half portion of the shearing chamber, and the semi-cylindrical sieve plate (5) is positioned on the lower half portion of the shearing chamber. The power system consists of a motor (8), a coupler (9) and a conveying chain (10), and the motor (8), the transmission shafts (7) and the coupler (9) are connected together by the conveying chain (10).
