The device comprises a loading tube (1) and a lead column (2); the lead column (2) is arranged in the loading tube (1); and the lead column (2) is connected with the loading tube (1) through threads. The gyro loading device of the heavy oil well can speed up the lowering speed of a gyro tool and overcomes the resistance produced by an 'oil cap' in a shaft, so that the defects that an existing gyro tool is lowered more slowly due to the existence of the 'oil cap' or sometimes even cannot be lowered in case of resistance are overcome.
