Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses an elastic opening and closing device for a motorcycle cushion, which comprises a hinge plate fixed below the cushion, a reinforcing plate arranged in front of a helmet box and a hinge pin, wherein the hinge plate and the reinforcing plate are articulated through the hinge pin; a torsion spring is sleeved on the hinge pin; two torsion arms of the torsion spring correspond to the reinforcing plate; pins correspond to the hinge plate; and the outer side end of the hinge plate at the articulated part is provided with a limit protrusion in contact with the reinforcing plate when the hinge plate and the reinforcing plate are located in the maximum opening and closing angle. The elastic opening and closing device for the motorcycle cushion has simple structure and high strength and reliability, is economical and practical and is convenient to install, thereby being applicable to various motorcycles with the cushions which can be opened and closed.
