Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a packing device on a paint production line, which can prevent a shifting pump from idling. The packing device comprises the shifting pump, a packing tank and a controller, wherein the packing tank is communicated with the discharge hole of the shifting pump; the controller is used for controlling the running of the shifting pump; the feeding hole of the shifting pump is provided with a feeding funnel which is communicated with the feeding hole; the feeding funnel is provided with a high liquid level sensor and a low liquid level sensor; and the high liquid level sensor and the low liquid level sensor are connected with the controller. Through the controller for controlling the running of the shifting pump and the high liquid level sensor and the low liquid level sensor arranged on the feeding funnel, idling of the shifting pump is effectively prevented, and the safe running of the equipment is ensured.
