Each lighting device comprises a plurality of light sources, wherein the vertical height (H) between the light sources of each lighting device and a lighted object is within 1.5 to 2m, and the horizontal distance between the light sources of each lighting device is within 2.5 to 3m, and the light diffusing angle (Theta) of each light source is within 80 to 140 degrees; each lighting device comprises a plurality of LED (light-emitting diode) modules which further includes a plurality of red LED modules and a plurality of blue LED modules, and the number ratio between the red LED modules and the blue LED modules is within 7:3 to 5:2.
