By means of adjusting the position and the angle of the cross shaft sleeve on the tension pulley assembly support and the relative position between the guide pulley and the tension pulley, the spatial position of the guide pulley can be adjusted optionally when the dog bolt is released. The enameled wire pay-off device not only is simple in structure, but also is convenient in position adjustment of the guide pulley, and can meet pay-off requirements of enameled wires in various specifications. |
