Zusammenfassung: | The utility model provides a tundish molten steel temperature measuring and liquid level monitoring device. A temperature measuring probe with a lead at the upper end is movably mounted in a guide tube with a lead channel on the upper portion; the guide tube penetrates through a preset hole of a tundish cover and is connected onto the tundish cover by the aid of a fixing flange; the lead of the temperature measuring probe is connected with a temperature detector; and length scales are marked on the lead channel. As the weight of the temperature measuring probe is calculated by balancing with molten steel buoyancy, the immersion depth of the temperature measuring probe can be automatically controlled within the range of 400-500mm without being affected by molten steel level fluctuation, and the temperature measuring probe is high in temperature measuring sensitiveness and low in fluctuation.
