A protective circuit for a high-pressure-side sensing head and an analog channel interface of an electronic type current transformer comprises a protective unit used for being connected with the high-pressure-side sensing head and the analog channel interface of the electronic type current transformer in parallel; the protective unit comprises at least one diode set which consists of two diodes which are reversely connected in parallel. In the protective unit, due to the two diodes reversely connected in parallel in the diode set, the output current on a sampling unit connected on the high-pressure-side sensing head and the analog channel interface is divided, so that the sampling unit is protected and a rear-end collecting plate on the sampling unit is connected; furthermore, the conducting reaction of the diodes can be protected by the ultraharmonics of work-frequency current under the condition that the fault current is weakened by capacitance.
