Zusammenfassung:	An improved shelf structure with an adsorbing device comprises a fixed base, a side cover, a spring, a fastener, a movable part and a shelf. An annular toothed brake part and a locking part are respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the fastener and the movable part, the fastener is pushed to the direction of the movable part by the aid of meshing between the brake part and the locking part and through the spring, so that the shelf is fixed and can not be shifted and pivoted. When the fastener is pressed to translate inwards, the brake part is separated from the locking part, so that the shelf can be shifted and pivoted and use angle of the shelf can be changed.
