The cooler comprises a support; a water delivery pipe is arranged at the upper part of the support; small holes are drilled on the pipe wall of the water delivery pipe; one end of the water delivery pipe is closed; a plurality of small holes are formed on a straight line parallel to an axis; each small hole is 0.5mm in diameter; and at least a row of small holes are formed. The structure that the small holes are formed on the water delivery pipe is adopted, the water delivery pipe is placed between a plastic granule strip extrusion head and a water tank by the support, and a plastic granule strip is sprayed. Therefore, the extruded plastic granule strip can be cooled in advance.
