A connecting wire with a surplus part is connected between the carrier and the base. The connecting wire is switched on with the first part and the second part of the theftproof alarm circuit. A device for drawing the connecting wire in is arranged in the article display seat. In the article display base, the carrier is connected with the base through the theftproof alarm circuit. When the carrier is taken away and is separated from the base, a displayed article can be protected.
