An input radio frequency signal firstly passes through an n-shaped attenuating circuit, a demodulation circuit and an emission following circuit, and then is divided into a waveform viewing branch circuit, a pulse signal branch circuit or a continuous wave signal branch circuit, and when the signal is a continuous wave at this time, the emission following circuit is directly transmitted to an A/D sampling port of a microcontroller via the continuous wave signal branch circuit; and if the signal is not the continuous wave at this time, the emission following circuit is connected with the pulse signal branch circuit, the pulse signal branch circuit is divided into two paths, one path is directly transmitted to the A/D sampling port of the microcontroller, the other path is transmitted to the sampling trigger circuit, and the waveform viewing branch circuit is transmitted to a waveform viewing port after passing through the emission following circuit.
