The two ends of each of three negatively/positively buckled nuts are respectively provided with an internal thread and a left-hand internal thread; one end of the cylinders of two T-shaped adjusting rods is provided with an external thread respectively; the end part of a vertical cylinder of one T-shaped adjusting rod is provided with an external thread; the end part of a vertical cylinder of the other T-shaped adjusting rod is provided with a left-hand external thread; and one end of a support rod is provided with a left-hand external thread. The two ends of a negatively/positively buckled nut are connected with a T-shaped adjusting rod respectively; the external thread at the end part of the cylinder of each T-shaped adjusting rod is connected with a negatively/positively buckled nut respectively; and the other end of the neg
