A lamp holder insulating bottom plate is mounted at the bottom of the lamp holder; a lamp tube insulating bottom plate is mounted at the top of the lamp tube; holes are arranged on both the lamp holder insulating bottom plate and the lamp tube insulating bottom plate; a rotary fastening mechanism is additionally arranged between the lamp holder and the lamp tube; T-shaped screw caps are arranged on the upper side of the rotary fastening mechanism; pins are arranged on the lower side of the rotary fastening mechanism; the upper T-shaped screw caps of the rotary fastening mechanism are inserted into the holes of the lamp holder insulating bottom plate; and the lower pins exactly extend into the holes of the lamp tube insulating bottom plate. Compared with the prior art, by adopting the technique that the lamp holder is split from the lamp tube, the rotary fastening split energy-saving lamp has
