The thick flange is provided with a machined sealing surface, and the width of the diameter of the thick flange covers the circumference of the sealing surface of the sieve tray to be capable of bearing the pressure of the pressure test and guaranteeing the sealing performance of the flange; an upper base plate and a lower base plate of each circular cover-shaped cavity are made from thin plates, and each plate is welded with a rib plate which is taken as a reinforcing rib; and each circular cover-shaped cavity is provided with an outward-raised cylinder body, the dimension of which is matched with that of an overflow pipe on the sieve tray.
