The combined rotary-axle seal piece improves the problem that the processed oil-return line does not ensures the depth on the Teflon material and it is difficult to answer the low-speed environment and especially double-direction rotation can not be answered, therefore the service life of the oil seal is effectively increased and simultaneously the Teflon lip can be applied on the double-direction rotation environment.
