Zusammenfassung:	Capped-sealing heat-insulating agitation leach equipment comprises an agitation tank (1), an agitator (2) arranged in the agitation tank and driven by an agitating shaft (3), an ore slurry feeding groove (11) communicated into the agitation tank, and a sulfuric acid feeding pipe (4) communicated into the ore slurry feeding groove (11); a sealing cover (5) is arranged at the top end of the agitation tank; the upper end of the agitating shaft (3) extends out of the sealing cover to be connected with a driving device; and the ore slurry feeding groove (11) passes through the sealing cover to be communicated into the agitation tank. By virtue of the equipment, the temperature of ore slurry in an agitation leach tank can be kept effectively, the heat loss is reduced, harmful gas, acid mist and the like generated in the leaching process can be prevented from escaping, and the environmental pollution and the corrosion to equipment and harm to the bodies of operators are reduced.
