An electric heater of an ultra-fast water boiler comprises a metal casing and a heating film. A water inlet connecting pipe and a water outlet connecting pipe are arranged on the casing consisting of an upper cover and a base; the electric heating film is printed on the surface of the upper cover; the base and the upper cover are in liquid seal to form a water storage chamber; and supporting ribs for isolating the water storage chamber into a circuitous water channel are arranged on the inner surface of the base.
