The guide plate with simple structure is additionally provided with the radial baffle plate and the axial baffle plate in the manufacturing process of a guide seat, and plays a better role in positioning the work piece; the work piece is positioned through rubber leather at the contact position between the guide seat and the work piece, so as to prevent the work piece from being scratched by the guide seat.
