The tangent and longitudinal combined threshing and separating device comprises a tangent flow roller, a tangent flow concave plate sieve, a longitudinal axial flow roller, a longitudinal flow concave plate sieve, a longitudinal flow upper concave plate and a frame, wherein the tangent flow roller is arranged at the front end of the longitudinal axial flow roller; the upper and the lower parts of the longitudinal axial flow roller are respectively fixed on a threshing channel composed of the longitudinal flow concave plate sieve and the longitudinal flow upper concave plate; the device is characterized in that a concave beater and a concave beater transitional plate are arranged between the tangent flow roller and the longitudinal axial flow roller; and a feeding screw is fixedly arranged at the front section of the longitudinal axial flow roller, and threshing and separating p
