Spiral corrugated pipe pressure welding machine

A spiral corrugated pipe pressure welding machine comprises a frame, a fixed rack disposed on the frame and more than one clamps. The fixed rack is provided with a clamping apparatus thereon. The clamps comprise a semicircular upper clamp and a lower clamp which cooperates with the upper clamp, wherein the upper clamp is hinged to one end of the lower clamp. A guide rail connection is arranged between the fixed rack and the clamps. Two ends of a guide rail are fixed on a rack. On the guide rail is disposed a drive mechanism, on which the lower clamp is fixed. The clamps are used to fix a pipeline and the drive mechanism is used to wholly convey the clamps and the pipeline. The drive mechanism drives the pipeline to exert the pressure on a bearing joint. The bearing joint and the end of the pipeline, in molten state, are fused by the pressure.
