Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses an ozone and negative ion generating device which comprises two conductive sheets, a plurality of small holes are formed on the upper-layer conductive sheet, needle tips are arranged on the lower-layer conductive sheet, and the needle tips are opposite to the small holes. When the two conductive sheets are accessed to a high-voltage direct current electric field, the device can produce negative ions; when the two conductive sheets are accessed to a high-voltage pulsed electric field or an alternating current electric field, the device can produce ozone. The device has the advantages of simple structure and capability of changing the concentration of the ozone and the negative ions by regulating the strength of input voltage.
