Rapidly-mounting well oiling stabilizer

A rapidly-mounting well oiling stabilizer used for well stabilization when an oiling is placed downwards, may be took off and placed rapidly. A right half ring is faced to a left half ring to form an annular cylinder. The right half ring is provided with two projections on its two ends; the left half ring is provided with two grooves on its two ends, and the projections are embedded in the corresponding grooves; the right half ring and the left half ring are provided with one shaft pin hole respectively on one end, and shaft pins are inserted into the shaft pin holes; the upper end of the inner cavity after embedding the right half ring and the left half ring is a taper-shaped surface; the lower end of the inner cavity is a cylindrical surface, and an arced lifting loop is connected between two ear rings. The effect is that it is possible to place or fetch the stabilizer at any moment in a tubing process.
