Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a single-core Ni-Cr alloy strand PFA insulating and sheathing short-distance constant-power electric heating strip which is mainly used for the heat preservation and heating of pipelines and containers in the fields of petroleum chemical industry, firefighting, steel, power and the like. The electric heating strip is compounded by six layers from inside to outside as follows: a core wire (1), a first insulating layer (2), a second insulating layer (3), an internal sheath (4), a shielding layer (5), an external sheath (6) and a reinforced sheath (7), wherein the core wire (1) is made of single-core Ni-Cr alloy strand, the first insulating layer (2), the second insulating layer (3), the internal sheath (4) and the external sheath (6) are made of tetrafluoroethylene-polyfluoroether copolymer; and the reinforced sheath (7) is made of PVC. The electric heating strip can be repeatedly bent during the mounting process, thus greatly prolonging the service life. |
