The control circuit is provided with a control and protection switch electric appliance CPS, an emergency illumination switch KK1 and a normal illumination switch KK2, wherein the control and protection switch electric appliance CPS comprises a coil KM, a main contract KM1 and an auxiliary normally open contact KM2, the output end of the double-power-supply automatic switching switch ATS is electrically connected with one end of the main contact KM1 and the auxiliary normally open contact KM2 and the input end of the normal illumination switch KK2, the other end of the main contact KM1 is connected with the input end of the emergency illumination switch KK1, the auxiliary normally open contact KM2 is connected in series with the coil KM, the output ends of the emergency illumination switch KK1 and the normal illumination switch KK2 are respect
