Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a heat dissipation bottom plate which is applied to a solar battery; the heat dissipation bottom plate comprises a first side which is provided with a plurality of concave structures and a plurality of convex structures, and a second side which corresponds to the first side and is provided with a plurality of convex structures corresponding to the concave structures of the first side and a plurality of concave structures corresponding to the convex structures at the first side; wherein the first side of each heat dissipation bottom plate is clamped with the corresponding convex structures and the concave structures at the second side of the other adjacent heat dissipation bottom plate through the concave structures and the convex structures. The utility model further discloses a solar battery; the heat dissipation bottom plate has the disadvantages that the existing heat dissipation bottom plate of the solar battery is hard to assemble and the structure strength is low.
