Special oil scraper for steel wire ropes

A special oil scraper for steel wire ropes is applied to scraping residual oil on steel wire ropes and in grooves thereof, and is capable of preventing pollution to surroundings during fabrication and use of the steel wire ropes. An oil scraping mold has cylindrical appearance and is made of rubber or polyurethane materials, an inner spiral groove is arranged on the wall of a central hole of the oil scraping mold, and spiral direction and ditch of the inner spiral groove are the same with twisting direction and pitch of a steel wire rope. The oil scraping mold is fixed inside one end of a rotating sleeve which is in a stepped cylinder shape and arranged inside a cylindrical outer casing.
