The apparatus is characterized in that the yarn stand has a multi-layer structure, each layer is provided with several supports for placing the spindles, the gas ejecting pipe is arranged in the yarn stand and is provided with a gas ejecting port, one end of the gas ejecting pipe is sealed, the other end is connected with the hot steam source through the hot steam transmission pipe, the top of the yarn stand is provided with soft glass pieces, and four sides of the apparatus are provided with strip-shaped soft glass pieces.
