Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses an LED device which comprises an LED comprising a base, a thermal guiding layer, an insulating layer and a radiator, wherein one surface of the thermal guiding layer is connected with the base of the LED, and the other surface thereof is connected with the insulating layer; the area of the surface connected with the insulating layer is at least 10% larger than that of the surface of the thermal guiding layer connected with the base of the LED; and the insulating layer is connected with the radiator. As the thermal guiding layer is added between the base of the LED and the insulating layer, the contact area between the thermal guiding layer and the insulating layer is enlarged, the heat transfer efficiency is increased, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.
