The upper shell body (1) which runs through the lower shell body (2) is arranged on the lower shell body (2), and the smoke discharging channel (3) which is arranged at the side face of the upper shell body (1) is communicated with the upper shell body (1) by a smoke discharging opening. The upper shell body (1) comprises an open upper-part opening which comprises a first opening part and a second opening part, wherein the first opening part is arranged above the smoke discharging opening, and the second opening part is used for inserting a heating electrode. The water-cooling furnace cover further comprises a movable baffle (4) which covers the first opening part. The smoke discharging opening and the periphery of the water-cooling furnace cover can be conveniently cleaned by moving away the movable baffle (4).
