Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses preheating equipment for an amorphous silicon thin film laminating machine. The preheating equipment comprises an upper heating plate and a lower heating plate which are installed at the upper part and the lower part of a conveyor belt, and a temperature sensor and a heater are distributed on the upper and the lower heating plates; because the temperature sensor and a heater distributed on the upper and the lower heating plates are connected, the temperature controller is connected with a PLC controller. The temperature of the upper and the lower heating plates can realize setting regulation and control through a temperature control system, the temperature is controlled within the range of temperature range of EVA material to prevent EVA material from being melted, therefore, the product quality is not affected, and the preheating effect is achieved.
