Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses an engaging and disengaging control handle. The engaging and disengaging control handle comprises an engaging and disengaging handle (2) arranged on a handle tube (1), and an engaging and disengaging guy cable (4) provided with an adjusting bolt (3), wherein a stayguy mounting box (5) is arranged on the lower end surface of the handle tube (1), and a pin shaft groove (6) is formed on the stayguy mounting box (5); a pin shaft (7) is arranged at one end of the engaging and disengaging handle (2) and movably arranged in the pin shaft groove (6); the adjusting bolt is arranged at the front end of the stayguy mounting box (5); and the engaging and disengaging guy cable (4) penetrates the adjusting bolt (3) and is connected with the pin shaft (7). The engaging and disengaging control handle has the advantages of simple structure and ingenious design, and can enable an operator to clench the engaging and disengaging handle with less force and not to feel aching and limp during a long-time
