The optical fiber with adjustable length is connected with a micro-displacement modulator, the 3dB optical coupler is connected with an optical receiving interface and a photoelectric detector. A LED is connected with an optical sending interface. The photoelectric detector, a pre-amplifier, a filter, a A/D converter and an interior data processor are connected in sequence.
